Attorney Advertising

New York State ethics rule, effective February 1, 2007.

Our web site "homepage" is modified as it falls within the definition of "advertisement", Section 1200.1(k) requiring that we sticker our homepage with a notation "ATTORNEY ADVERTISING" Section 1200.6(f). This rule requires that this notation shall be included on the first page, or homepage, of a lawyer's web site.
